The European Union confirmed today that a virulent strain of the bird flu has been detected in Turkey. The bird flu was detected after 1800 Turkeys died on a farm in Kiziksa. This Turkish strain of the bird flu, contracted by Turkeys, has proven to be the most ironic case yet. Health officials have also said that Turkey will not be invited to Thanksgiving this year.
